What these terms cover

These terms apply to the FlowRead website at getflowread.app and to the waitlist. Additional terms specific to the mobile app will apply once it ships, and we will publish them here before that happens.

By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side.
It does not guarantee access at launch, a particular price, or a particular set of features.
You may ask to be removed at any time, and we will delete your address.
Please submit only an email address you control.

Pre-release product statements

FlowRead has not shipped yet. Descriptions of the app on this site describe what we are building and our current intent, not a product you can install today. Features, timing, platform support and pricing may change before release, and some described features may not ship at all.

We try to be explicit about what exists and what does not. Where this site describes something as planned, please read it that way.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
Submit other people's personal data without their permission.
Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated abuse of forms or endpoints.
Use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.

Our content

The FlowRead name, logo, site design and written content are ours. You are welcome to quote our guides with attribution and a link. Please do not republish them wholesale or present them as your own.

Our guides mention other products. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

Accuracy of our guides

We write our guides carefully and date them, but software changes. Steps, feature availability and third-party privacy practices may differ by the time you read a guide. Treat them as a starting point and verify anything that matters for your situation — particularly claims about how another company handles your data.

No warranty and limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
